Cancellation policy:
Please let us know
if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your
scheduled session or class to avoid full charge.
Online class registrations must also be canceled
24 hours in advance to avoid full charge.
Expiration policy:
All Pilates packages
expire six months from the date of purchase.

Meet with our Pilates instructors to discuss your
specific goals and objectives. This class is used
to assess your overall fitness level, strength,
posture and flexibility. This approach allows
us to customize a routine specific to you and
formulate a program that is aligned with

Pilates for Buff Bones
A Pilates-based workout that uses bone-
strengthening techniques while focusing
