Centegra Health System and the McHenry
Department of Health have partnered to bring
you an effective seven-week program that will
help you quit smoking. All aspects of smoking
and tobacco use are explored through group
support and behavior modification. Nicotine
replacement products that are currently on the
market are also reviewed. The ultimate goal is
to help individuals overcome their addiction and
enjoy the benefits of better health. This program
is taught by McHenry County Department of
Health facilitators trained by the American Lung
Association, whose methods are proven to help
people stop for good. Call
