Fitness Swimming for Kids
An excellent opportunity for swimmers ages
13 and younger who have
completed Red
Cross Level 3
to work on their lap-swimming
skills. In addition to working on endurance,
swimmers will learn fundamentals such as
circle swimming, breathing techniques, flip
turns and how to monitor heart rate properly.
Participant must be able to swim
25 yards continuously.

Home School PE Swimming
This program is designed specifically to add
physical activity to the homeschooled
student’s day. Students will be tested and put
into groups according to skill level. The first
30 minutes of class focuses on structured swim
skills based on the child’s current ability and is
followed by 15 minutes of free play in the pool.

Childbirth Education
This four-week series is designed to prepare
you and your support person for the birth
of your baby. Topics include labor, vaginal
delivery, pain management (breathing
techniques, pain medications and epidurals),
cesarean section, the normal newborn, basic
baby care, pediatrician Q&A and car-seat

Swim Team Prep
An excellent opportunity for swimmers
5 and older who have been or are on a swim
team to refine or practice their competitive
strokes, starts, turns, finishes and dives.
Participants will also work on endurance,
swim sets and drills.
Participants must
be able to swim 25 yards continuously
and know all four competitive strokes:
freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and
butterfly.
