Intro to Pilates Reformer
First time getting on a reformer machine? Get the added attention you need for this class. Meet
with one of our Pilates Instructors, who will get you correctly positioned on the reformer and teach
you the key components necessary to get the best workout possible. This intro is a prerequisite to

Pilates Reformer Class
This Joseph Pilates program was developed to encompass the full body to restore muscular
balance and aerobic flowing movement. The assistance of the reformer equipment offers
resistance to help build control and balance in the body while increasing strength. Intro class
