On Oct. 1, Surgical Associates of Fox Valley, which has served our
community since 1983, became part of Centegra Physician Care
(CPC). The group consists of Amir Heydari, MD; Eugene Lee, MD;
Richard Lind, MD; Alexandra Roginsky, MD; Todd Sandstrom, MD;
and Aaron T. Schwaab, MD, and offers general surgery as well as
vascular, bariatric, oncologic and robotic surgery.
This addition grows our provider team to more than 160 providers
at 13 practice locations.
The facility will be known as Centegra Physician Care–Surgical
Associates. Until further notice, appointments will continue to be
