Junior Lifeguard Class
For children ages 10 to 15 who want to learn

Lifeguard Certifcation Class
Learn the skills needed to prevent and
respond quickly to aquatic emergencies and
to avert drowning and injuries. After taking
this course, you’ll be American Red Cross-
certifed in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED and
First Aid, assuming all tests are passed.
The course fee includes books, pocket
masks and instruction. Must be able to swim
300 yards according to American Red Cross
guidelines and retrieve a 10-pound brick
the frst night of class.

Scuba Diving
Come learn to scuba dive with Capt. Darrick
Lorenzen’s Divemax Scuba School. Darrick
specializes in organizing and guiding
fundamental dive training and travel. His
unique training and experience allow him
to safely and effectively instruct children
as young as 10 years of age and mature
adults of 65-plus.

participants must attend one of the free
seminars in order to register and attend
the classes. No registration required
