Post-Rehabilitation Hip and Knee
Replacement Fitness Training
If you recently completed physical therapy for
hip or knee replacement, this four-week
program is for you. Created by a certifed
Medical Exercise Specialist with advanced
education and training in post-rehabilitation
conditioning, it is designed to help you
continue to progress in the functional ability
and strength that you’ve gained in physical
therapy. In a small group setting, you will be
given personalized attention and guidance
toward achieving your goals. A functional
ftness assessment will be performed before
your frst class to objectively measure your
functional ability, strength and endurance.
The results will be used to design an exercise
program tailored specifcally for you.
