Lifestyle Therapy for Teens
Healthy lifestyle habits are learned and
established during the teenage years. During
this 12-week intervention, our team of
experts will guide and support your teen
through positive changes in nutrition,
ftness and overall well-being. Family is
strongly encouraged to attend sessions as
recommended by our health professionals.
Lifestyle Therapy includes consultations with
a Registered Dietitian and Wellness Coach,
ftness assessments and exercise sessions
